Enable America Marks 10 Year Anniversary with Events in Washington

In 2002, Richard Salem founded Enable America as a non-profit committed to improving employment opportunities for people with disabilities. There have been numerous accomplishments in the years to follow. In September, 2012, Enable America marked its anniversary with a series of events in Washington DC, including a series of Employment Mentoring Days at the FBI, Clark Construction, the offices of Senator Tom Harkin and Congressman C.W. Bill Young. The events were capped with a reception on September 12, 2012, in which Senator Harkin and Congressman Young were presented with awards of appreciation for their ongoing work in support of people with disabilities

Enable America’s Anniversary Noted in the 112th Congress
